What are we doing?

sourcecred the technology is a page rank based algorithm rewarding labor.- community - we have been transitioning our efforts to create accessibility for the sourcecred tech for the open source world / winding down internal operations simultaneously.

Why we do it

The goal of SourceCred is to use this technology to make rewarding labor as nuanced as human contribution often is. We hope to be one piece in the puzzle of a healthier future where systems serve community members, where financial maximization isn’t the end-all be-all goal, and where wealth actually flows to those who are creating the value in our world.

How we do it/Solution

a smol crew moderates the server, we hope to help direct folx who want to implement the sourcecred technology to locating resources as the need dictates.- were mostly social at this point if you check out our calendar you can see the times we meet. This project operates on PST Timezone
